Natural Woman

“A Natural Woman” causes unjustified backlash from Queer community

Americans are too sensitive in the present today, people are getting cancelled for things that happened years ago and probably weren’t targeted towards a certain group of people.

Music has taken a shift for the worst in terms of classic beat record such as Aretha Franklin’s “A Natural Woman” when the LGBTQ+ collective got wind of the record being offensive.

The ones who felt deeply targeted were the Trans collective saying that the tune is insinuating that transgenders can’t be real women.

It’s been numerous of tweets of the trans people saying, “There is no such thing as a natural woman.”

The tweet went on and said, “The song has helped energize acts of harm against transgender women.”

Most people wish to make this anthem political and it doesn’t have to be, especially over something that is rather silly for a better lack of a word.

People never want to intentionally offend by someone or a group of others and it’s quite ridiculous when people are trying to cancel a song made back in 1968.

When the song was created, people were

The song “A Natural Woman” by Aretha Franklin is being bashed by LGBTQ critics as “offensive,” with one company in particular saying the song helps perpetuate harmful anti-trans stereotypes. Released as a single by Franklin back in 1967, the song is now facing scrutiny - despite preaching positive messages in regards to women and femininity in general. The Norway-based Trans Cultural Mindfulness Alliance (TCMA), a group that formed earlier this year, has a problem with the song. Statements made by the organization - which seeks to unlock a chapter “in each European country and North America” - have spawned outrage, including its January 20 request to tug Franklin's song from streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. The publish said the song is offensive to transgender people and that “there is no such thing as a ‘natural’ woman.” “Aretha Franklin's 1968 song ‘Natural Woman’ perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes,” the display reads, erroneously listing the song's September 1967 unleash as coming in 1968. “There

LGBTQ Activist Group Claims Aretha Franklin’s Anthem ‘A Natural Woman’ Is Offensive To Trans Women

Norway based Trans Cultural Mindfulness Alliance took to Twitter to phone out Aretha Franklin's iconic hit “(You Make Me Feel) A Natural Woman,” claiming that it's offensive to transgender women.

The organization tweeted, “Aretha Franklin’s 1968 song ‘Natural Woman’ perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes. There is no such thing as a ‘natural’ woman.”

The communication continued, “The ballad has helped arouse acts of damage against transgender women. TCMA is requesting it is removed from Spotify & Apple Music.”

Social media users took to Twitter to respond. One person wrote, “OMG Get a life & cease trying to cancel everything. How unhappy and pathetic one’s life must be if THIS is a priority to you. This is a GREAT song! YOU GO, GIRL! @ArethaFranklin.”

Another person tweeted, “I AM A PROUD NATURAL WOMAN! Except my boobs, those are fake! Everything else – 100% au naturale!”
