LGBT Sketch is a short participate with four characters representing the colors of the rainbow. Each delivers a monologue about their experiences with intolerance of the LGBT community and how to create alter one person at a time. Flawless for a high-school assembly or as part of an evening of monologues and scenes!
Corrina Bryant is a freelance penner living in London. She has written for radio, magazines, local and national press and media websites. Corrina has written plays for the Director’s Carve Theatre Company showcase at the Southwark Playhorama use in London, as adv as written for professional actors executing at fringe theatres in the city. She is currently writing a novel for teenagers/young adults and is delighted to be writing for Drama Notebook. She wishes all the students and teachers every accomplishment in their operate and would romance to hear from them.

Holding hands and dancing around in a circle, all sing:
ALL
Red and Yellow
and Pink and Green,
Orange and Purple and Blue,
I can see a rainbow,
see a rainbow,
see a rainbow, too.
All fall to the floor.
KLARE (she/her). Girls- sorry. Ahem. Ladies. I have a very important announcement to make to all of you. Tonight will be our final night together. Cy and I are as a matter of fact off to somewhere you have all already been. So don’t be too jealous. I’m off to you ladies ol’ stomping grounds. Figured I oughta see where the girls are from. Bask on that golden coast- (Gasps) I cannot overlook a bathing suit.
(She goes to the wardrobe and throws out anything she deems to be male child clothes) Won’t be needing these where I’m going. (She pulls out two bikinis)
Pink? Or Blue? Pink? No, no Blue? …Pink- UGH I can’t opt. What do you all think? Girls? Hello? (Sighs) You’re mad. I knew it. I can just tell. And I fetch it and I’m sorry, but I have to go. Now. Gotta find outta here right the fuck now actually and I can’t take you all with me. Again, I’m sorry, but enable me try to explain… Blame ol’ Bill- sorry. Where is my decorum? I would like to thank our wonderful governor mister William Byron Lee for finally being bloke enough- I mean finally a Republican with the balls to do what they’ve clearly all been wanting to do

3. THE CAPTURE, NATURE, AND PURPOSE OF THE (UNFORTUNATELY NON-TERRESTRIAL) POLLYWOG, a monologue in which Zoey tries to make sense of Daphne's choice of friends while she's left alone to hunt for tadpoles
4. NOT EXACTLY A LULLABY a monologue in which Robert confesses to his sleeping mother about his turmoil over what he's done to Bertram
5, THE BENEFITS OF FRINGE POPULARITY AND SOCIAL INVISIBILITY, a ten-minute play in which Daphne attempts to clear Zoey after Zoey's been accused of a prank
