Bridging Divides is a Anthrostate story that follows Anon, a human freshman navigating life in an anthro-dominated college. Due to societal shifts after a war and human marginalization, Anon is reluctantly placed in the Inter-Species Integration Program, an initiative designed to foster coexistence between humans and anthros. From the moment he arrives, Anon is overwhelmed by apprehension, culture shock, and ingrained prejudice—mostly inherited from his mother and upbringing in a conservative, anthro-wary community.
He is assigned to room with Luna Hayes, a confident, charismatic, and often intimidating snow leopard anthro. Luna challenges Anon’s perceptions with her teasing, clear wit, and unpredictable conduct, blending genuine curiosity with playful menace. Despite their vast differences—and Anon's palpable anxiety—a bond begins to form, shaped by common curiosity and cautious trust.
As Anon navigates classes, social settings (including a chaotic party), and intense encounters with both allies and predators, the story steadily explores the themes of prejudice, vulnerability, cultural misunderstanding, and slow-burn trust.
All Change Please!
A despicable tale of litter-trays, faux furry facts and transphobia.
Cats travel crazy for catnip, hysterically eating and rolling around in it. The media and politicians tend to react in a similar frenzied way to sensational news stories that contain little basis in reality.
Something strange recently began to slowly implant itself in All Change Please!’s mind, the way it often does when it flips through too many Twitter and Facebook posts: it was the strange advice that up and down the country thousands of our children were now behaving as cats in secondary schools. So All Change Please!, consumed with curiosity, yawned, stretched its legs, checked first that there was nothing to eat, and casually sauntered over to set its dogged investigative reporter the task of digging immersive down to uncover the bare bones buried in the internet to strive and find out what it was all about, and to what extent it was true, or just a barking-mad hoax. And also see if it could come up with a few cat-related jokes and puns – and perhaps a rare doggy ones too.
So here is All Change Please!’s furrensic, categorical analysis of what the story is all about
The definition of furry/what it means to be furry/anthro or what have you.
There have been many arguments around this, with many different sides. The simple fact of the matter is that everyone seems to define what is "furry" to them, differently.
What is furry is nothing more than a varying view. For example, someone might call loony toons furries, someone might call werewolves furries. Others would certainly disagree.
So! From this we can deduct the following: If you think you're a furry, or explain yourself as a furry, then you are one. If you don't, then you aren't one.
Myself? I characterize my being as a human and a furry. Wrap your head around that.
Well i can tell you that way back when furry fandom started the original rules of what was a furry were.

#2, scalies have always been there, dragons were around before furry started so got grandfathered in.
#3, Humans are NOT furry, an thanks to a US Supreme Court ruling.. "Sticking cat ears an tails on a human does not make them hilarious animals" in it's ruling that Omaha the cat dancer was/is human porn.
